Who We Are
We are an independent energy management company specializing in the installation of automated occupancy based room controls. In 1996 our founders were contracted to install and commission a 300 room automated EMS (Energy Management System) in The Royal Bay Resort, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, later acquired by Beaches Turks and Caicos.
With multiple years of experience in facilities EMS, our partnership with SmartCon Solutions and alliance with a variety of preferred manufacturers and vendors provides us with leading-edge technology and market advantage with the confidence to deliver.
